-A participant can submit a maximum of two papers. When submitting a paper, the authors’ presentation preference (oral or poster) must be specified.
–In order for the abstracts to be presented, the presenting author must have paid the congress registration fee.
–The abstracts to be prepared may be original research or compilation.
–Authors can present their papers orally or in poster form.
–Grammar and spelling rules should be paid attention to in the abstract. Authors are responsible for all punctuation, spelling and formatting errors in the text.
-Abstracts will be submitted both in Turkish and English.
–The name and surname of the authors of the paper, their institution and city must be clearly stated in the relevant section.
–Academic titles should not be used in names.
–The font should be Times New Roman, 12 point, one and a half (1.5) line spacing.
–Only the first letters of the words in the text title should be capitalized. Abbreviations should not be used in the headline.
–Papers should include Abstract, Purpose, Method, Findings, Conclusion, Keywords sections.
–The abstract title of the paper should be short and reflect the content of the subject.
–The abstract should not contain pictures, tables or references.
–Symbols, special characters or mathematical formulas should not be used in the abstract and title (significant statistical values and p significance level can be specified).
–The text of the paper should be a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title, author names and institutions.
–Standard abbreviations are accepted. The first occurrence of the word is given in parentheses and that abbreviation is used throughout the text.
–It is not guaranteed that every paper submitted will be accepted. The Congress Scientific Committee will make the final decision on whether the paper will be accepted or rejected, and may request corrections from the authors if deemed necessary.
–Oral presentations can be given in Turkish or English.
–Oral presentations should not exceed 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation, 3 minutes discussion).
–Although there is no limit on the number of slides, they should be prepared taking into account the time limit.
–It is recommended to focus on the materials and methods, findings and results rather than the conceptual part. If available, visuals will be effective in terms of presentation.
–Presentations must be checked before presentation time.
–It should be prepared in dimensions of 70 cm wide x 90 cm tall, in a way that it can be read vertically and from a distance of at least 1 meter.
–2.5 cm margins must be left on the top, bottom, left and right edges.
–The poster name should be written in “Times New Roman” font, 36 point and bold.
–Author name(s) should be written in “Times New Roman” font, 24 point and bold.
–Author address(es) should be written in 16-point “Times New Roman” font.
–Text titles should be written in “Times New Roman” font, 20 point and bold.
–The text should be written in “Times New Roman” character, 18 point font.
–The information on the poster should fit into a worksheet and, if necessary, the texts should be kept short accordingly, and the quality of the pictures and tables used should also be high.
